Seamless and stress free

The entire condo doc review process was seamless and stress free with CondoScan. I appreciated how responsive the team was (Nyle especially) and readily available to answer my questions. I also appreciated how they took initiative to connect directly with the sellers, which means I didn't have to do any of the cat herding. Discovered a large deficit in the reserve fund

Cannot recommend Nyle, Ewan, and Condoscan enough! This type of service is exactly what our industry needs. Both of them were prompt, efficient, and treated my clients with ultimate respect and care. The reports were incredibly thorough and easy to understand. In one instance, they were able to discover a large deficit in the reserve fund and provided numbers of what would be required for their unit when a special assessment takes place. Because of the way the report is laid out, the information was easy to send to the selling agent for their reference and we were able to to come to an agreement and get the property sold. Use them!
